All the prices published on this website include the delivery cost.

Orders for less than 15 bottles will be delivered by Business Post carriers, normally 48 hours from the day we receive your order/payment. The delivery can be to a club, works or private address.

The published prices apply to deliveries to mainland UK. For Business Post deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Isle of White, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland please contact the office for the respective delivery costs

All deliveries require a signature as standard, but this can be avoided if you authorise us to leave the delivery without a signature by specifying a safe place where the delivery can be left at your own risk, for example, in the garage or behind the wheelie bins, through the gate on the right or at a neighbours address. Please be specific.

Orders for 15 bottles plus, at the discounted rate, will be delivered on a pallet by a pallet delivery service. Delivery of the pallet will by arrangement between the customer and our pallet delivery company.

Please note that all pallet deliveries must be signed for and there must be ample large vehicle access to the delivery address.

Refund Policy

Any Grassline paint found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced. Please note that paint should not be stored on solid floors, particularly in wintertime, as the cold may induce separation, nor should it be stored in direct sunlight.
