groundsmen. The result is a hand built, well balanced and robust, high specification spray marker that combines all the needs of the professional groundsman into a single machine and offers exceptional value for money.

Whether its single or multi-pitch line marking, the TITAN will deliver a smooth, constant and even spray line marking performance.

The battery has a long powerful life and will drive the pump for a full days marking from a single charge. The battery can be charged whilst in position or can be lifted out for charging away from the marker. An automatic battery charger is supplied as standard.

The pump is both efficient and economical and when used in conjunction with the variable pressure valve, enables the groundsman to control the volume of paint delivered to the twin spray heads for a dense professional line or a more economical line.

The Grassline TITAN offers a variable line width of 50mm, 75mm or 100mm (2, 3 and 4 inch).

Twin Spray Heads

You can choose to use a single spray delivery for economical /normal line marking or both sprays for a double spray delivery but in a single pass.

Floating Spray Boom

The spray boom has vertical movement. This allows it to "float" and the spray gliders to remain in contact with the ground and ride the natural undulations, producing even, dense, lines with a crisp clean edge.

For vehicle transportation and non marking movement around the sports ground, the floating boom can be elevated to avoid damaging the spray gliders and spray heads.

In wet and muddy conditions, the floating boom can be fixed in the horizontal position so that the spray gliders sit above the ground.

Side Marking Arm

As standard, the Titan spray marker applies the line marking paint through two spray valves and nozzles mounted to the front of the marker.

However, a Side Marking Arm is available as an accessory to enable the line marking paint to be applied from the side of the marker as illustrated in the picture above.

The Side Marking Arm is fixed across the Floating Spray Boom by a clamp on the top of which are two rings, each with a heavy duty T thumb screw. The Side Spray Arm slides through these rings from either the left or the right of the marker, secured by the T thumb screws.

The complete front spray head section is then removed from the front stainless steel pin and slid over the stainless steel pin on the Side Marking Arm and adjusted accordingly.

With the Side Marking Arm fixed, the Floating Spray Boom can still be elevated for vehicle transportation and non marking movement around the sports ground.

The Side Marking Arm can be released and slid out of the two rings when not required. The clamp can be left in position on the Floating Spray Boom.

Integral Mixing System

The TITAN's tank holds 30 litres of mixed marking paint and has an integral mixing system as standard. Mix the paint and pour into the tank or mix directly in the tank and switch on the integral mixing system.

The system is activated by use of the pressure valve located under the hood which opens/closes the sytem. When activated, the paint will by pass the spray heads and flow back into the tank.

The pressure valve can also be used to regulate the pump pressure and consequently the volume of paint being delivered to the spray heads. This reduced pressure enables the Titan to be used for marking hard sports surfaces, tarmac, concrete, car parks, playgrounds etc where a lesser volume of paint is needed to mark non porous surfaces.

Rear Carrying Back

The TITAN can also accomodate a steel rear carrying rack to transport a 10 litre container of coloured paint for spraying without having to empty and refill the main tank.
Simply remove the weighted filter from the tank and place in the container. Spray as normal. This rack is available as an optional extra.

Cleaning the Titan

The TITAN should be flushed through with water and thoroughly cleaned after each marking session. Grassline Titan Power Clean will help to ensure that your Titan marker remains maintenace free by breaking down any residue paint so that it can be flushed away during cleaning.

Athletics Boom

An athletics boom can be clamped onto the spray boom for use on either side of the TITAN marker. The athletics boom is available as an optional extra.
